Everywhere I Go

This is my favourite song from my favourite composer, Sally DeFord. The lyric tells us about my favourite story in the Bible, Israel's journey.

This song reminds me about my devotional this morning. Ellen White said : 

"We are saved from many snares and unseen dangers that through the machinations and hostility of our foe are placed in our path to destroy us. O that our eyes might be open to discern the watchful solicitude and tender care of the messengers of light! If those who politely acknowledge the favors which they receive from earthly friends would realize how much they owe to God, their hearts would respond in grateful thanks for precious favors that are now unnoticed. – {HP 101.2}

Yes, we have to be grateful to our God for He had saved us from many dangers. Not only had save us from visible dangers, but also from many many unseen dangers. But whenever we feel worry, remember that He guides us everyday like Israel of old. His companion is strengthen us. You don't even have a good reason to feel worry anymore.

Rut dan Naomi?

Sejujurnya judulnya mungkin gak begitu nyambung ya sama keadaanku. Aku dan Tante Angeline. Sahabat pertamaku yg umurnya seumur mamaku. Biasanya aku sahabatan sama yg seumur. Atau kakak-kakak yg seumuran kakakku yg jauh di atasku. Tapi ini tante-tante gaul dan seru yang udah nganggep aku anaknya sendiri. Well, kalau inget tante ini, jadi agak-agak terharu juga, hehehe. Awalnya kami kenal, karena aku dikenalin sama mantanku. Yep, tante ini adalah mamanya mantanku.  Kami pertama kali kenalan di kampusku. Lucu ya? Ternyata dia punya rekan bisnis di daerah kampus ku. Terus tante sama anaknya dateng deh ke kampus, kami makan di kios temennya tante. Ternyata tante langsung suka sama aku. Kayak langsung cocok gitu. Tante ini unik. Di luar bayangan aku banget. Ceria, ceriwis, suka ngelawak, cuek, blak-blakan, bisa galak dan jutek juga, tapi gak pernah sama aku kayak gitu hahaha. Mudah bergaul, gampang untuk ngajak ngobrol siapa aja.
